Tell us what you need

What would you like to talk about?
Times are Bangkok time (UTC+7). If you are in another time zone, name it and we will convert. If any time works, write “any time”.
We confirm the time here.
This is the number we call.
On the listing or project page, for example R1042 or S2087.

Your details are used only to arrange this call and to answer your request. Nothing is booked until we confirm a time in writing.

What happens next

Three steps, all in writing first

  1. You send the request

The topic, a day and time window, and a phone or WhatsApp number. Nothing is booked yet.

  2. We reply in writing

A consultant answers by email within one working day and agrees a time with you. Times are Bangkok time (UTC+7) unless you name your own.

  3. We call you

At the agreed time, on the number you gave. The call is free and carries no obligation.

Questions

Before you request a call

Is the call free?

Yes. The call is free and carries no obligation. It is a conversation to help you decide where to look and what to ask, not a sales appointment.

How will you call me?

By phone or WhatsApp, on the number you give in the form. If you would rather use video, say so in your message and we will tell you whether we can. Our hours are Every day, 09:00–21:00 (GMT+7).

I live in another time zone. Which time do I write?

Write the day and time that suit you and name your time zone, for example “Friday 18:00 London time”. If you do not name one, we read the time as Bangkok time (UTC+7), the time our team works on. We convert it and confirm the exact time in writing.

Is a time booked when I send the form?

No. This is a request, not a booking: nothing is reserved until a consultant replies in writing and agrees a time with you. For something sooner, message us on WhatsApp.

Do you give legal advice?

No. We can explain how foreigners usually hold property in Thailand and what to put to an independent Thai lawyer, but legal advice has to come from a lawyer you choose.
