How to ask us to remove something

Send the page address and proof of ownership to info@villasalephuket.com, or use the form below. We remove the material within 24 hours of a valid complaint.

What a valid complaint contains

• Where it is: the address of the page on this site that shows the material, and which photograph or passage you mean.
• Who you are: your name and an email address we can reply to, and whether you are the owner, the photographer, an agent for the owner, or someone else.
• Proof of ownership: for example the original file with its metadata, a licence or contract, or a link to your original publication. Email it to info@villasalephuket.com and quote the reference we give you.
• A statement in good faith that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the owner of the material or authorised to act for the owner, signed with your full name.

What happens next

1. We acknowledge your complaint and give you a reference.
2. We may hide the disputed material while we check it.
3. Within 24 hours of a valid complaint we remove the material, or we write to you with the reason we cannot.
4. If you think a removal was a mistake, write to the same address and we will look again.
