2-bedroom villa for rent in Bang Tao

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, 180 m² of built area and a 220 m² plot: a Bang Tao villa that sets aside most of its space for two people. The pool is private, a balcony is listed, and the development lists a communal garden and common parking. A garage and private parking are included. At 90 m² per bedroom, the rooms are airy.

The villa is fully furnished, with a lounge and a terrace, a Western-style kitchen and Wi-Fi. Bang Tao is a west-coast district built around a long beach, with the Laguna resort area at one end. The contract is annual, with a minimum term of 12 months, which suits a couple who intend to settle on the coast for a year or longer. Surin and Kamala lie to the south of the bay, and the airport is to the north. Ask us for current availability, and a viewing can follow once you have checked the terms.
