3-bedroom villa for rent in Bang Tao

The plot of this Bang Tao villa is 221 m² and the villa 180 m², so the pool and its surroundings take a fair share of the ground. Three bedrooms are served by two bathrooms, a plan that works for a couple with a child. A balcony is listed, the development has a communal garden and common parking, and the villa adds a garage and private parking. It is a home that favours a pool over large rooms.

Inside, the villa is let furnished, and the listing records a lounge, a terrace, a laundry room and a Western-style kitchen. Cherng Talay, a short way inland, holds much of the district's daily shopping and dining, while the beach lies along the bay. At 60 m² per bedroom, the rooms are moderate. The lease is annual: the minimum term is 12 months. Layan and the airport lie to the north of the bay. Enquire for current availability.
