2-bedroom villa for rent in Rawai

There is 200 m² of built area here, arranged over two storeys, for two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa stands on a 150 m² plot in Rawai and has a private pool. A balcony, a bathtub and a barbecue area are listed, and parking is a garage plus private parking. The ground is compact, so the pool and the house do most of the work of making the place feel complete, and the upper floor can take the balcony.

Rawai is a seafront village at the southern end of the island. The home is fully furnished, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a Western-style kitchen, as well as a lounge and a terrace. A pet-friendly note appears in the listing. You would take it on an annual contract with a minimum term of 12 months, a straightforward arrangement for a stay of a year or more.
