Who we are
Villa Sale Phuket is a real-estate agency registered in Thailand, operating in Phuket. For any question about your data, write to info@villasalephuket.com.
What we collect
- Data you give us: the name, email address, phone number, budget, villa of interest, timeframe and message you enter in the enquiry form.
- Technical data: anonymised page-view and traffic statistics from our analytics provider, including approximate region, device type and referring page. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Why we use it
Solely to answer your enquiry, send you the property information you asked for, arrange viewings and keep a record of the transaction if you go on to buy. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Who sees it
Our own consultants, our email and hosting providers acting on our instructions, and — only if you proceed with a purchase — the law firm handling your due diligence. Some of these providers operate outside Thailand, in which case the transfer is covered by the provider's standard contractual protections.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to a completed purchase are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email info@villasalephuket.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, they use a cookie or local identifier purely to count visits. You can block these in your browser without losing any functionality of the site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiry data is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, identity-document numbers or payment details through the form — we will never ask for them by email.
